Preparation of Paper
Manuscripts must be written in English and
follow the instructions in the document template.

Authors are invited to submit two-page papers
that describe significant, original, and previously unpublished
work. The initial submissions can be extended abstracts
that include diagrams of ideas and early results from
preliminary research and development. All papers will
be peer-reviewed for presentation and publication on the
basis of their relevance, technical soundness, novelty,
clarity, and overall scientific or engineering contribution.

Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format
and must not be under review elsewhere. Only electronic
submission using the EDAS system will be accepted. If
you are not a registered user, the system will ask you
to create a new account first.
In the EDAS system, the author can choose the catagory
of paper session in which they wish to present their work.
The conference will organize the accepted papers into
regular sessions of power point presentations, poster
sessions for close interactions between the authors and
audience, and industry sessions of power point presentations
to stimulate new ideas for innovative research and development.
Call for Presentations use the same EDAS
submission button, with a submission content of 15 slides,
the 1st slide being an abstract of 200 words.

Publication Requirements
The final revision of a paper accepted by
IGIC 2011 and a completed copyright form must be submitted
by August 31, 2011.
Every paper accepted MUST have at least one author registered
prior to the Author Registration Deadline of September
15, 2011.
At least one author must attend the conference
in person to present the accepted paper for it to be included
in the Conference Proceedings, IEEE Xplore and Engineering
Index. Full papers may be submitted to the CE Transactions
after the conference. These papers must comply with the
requirements of the CE Transactions.
